Our Story
Students for Global Special Education is a motivated group of students at PSU who have been extensively involved in outreach to families with children diagnosed with autism/ID.
Recognizing the struggles many families face in accessing specialized support resources for their children, we decided to take action. We aim to tackle barriers to inclusive education and ensure that individuals with autism/ID, especially those from disadvantaged or low-income backgrounds, have an equal opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
